Due to the personal nature of press-on nails and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at BoujeeBabes.support@gmail.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement (if available) or store credit at our discretion.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before purchasing. Please review our Nail Sizing Guide prior to placing your order. BoujeeBabes is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements.
Lost or Delayed Packages
BoujeeBabes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier directly.
